Hello, I'm so glad you're here.
My name is Carrie Le (she/her), and I am a Registered Psychologist based in downtown Calgary, Alberta. I offer individual therapy to adults for issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, stress, burnout, grief and loss, self-esteem, and trauma. I have worked in various community and health care settings with children, youth, adults, seniors, and families. My combined training and research experience inform how I approach therapy treatment and monitor client change. My hope for therapy is to create a safe and inclusive space so that clients feel supported in exploring their issues, learning new skills, and making meaningful change.
